My stove wasn't working properly and because I'm a home baker I knew I had to get it fixed. I searched on Google for an oven repair company and landed on this one. The reviews were great, so I gave them a call. Rafael answered and was so nice and pleasant. He was actually able to come out look at my stove and fix it all within the same day of me calling him. When he arrived he was very professional and respectful, he answered all my questions and was very thorough with his work. Since then my stove has been working great. Thank you again Rafael!

On the evening of the hottest day of August, my subzero refrigerator suddenly went out of order: the temperatures were at 12F and 52F, respectively for the two compartments. I called Rafael, who did a great job in replacing a fan motor on it one year ago. Knowing how busy he was all year round, I asked how many bags of ice I should get before his visit the next day. Twenty minutes later, Rafael called me that he was on my way, "my next customer needs me for fixing her microwave. The microwave can wait, but your refrigerator-full food can't wait." Rafael arrived shortly and quickly fixed the problem. I could not thank him enough for his kindness and expert repair.

Rafael did an amazing job with our dryer. Took him almost less then 30 minutes. 10/10 and would highly highly recommend. Quotes from other places where ridiculous and would run me around the same price as a new dryer, but Rafaels was super cheap compared to them. Thanks again Rafael!!!

I never write reviews, but had to come on here and write a review for Rafail and First Aid Appliance Repair. Finding a good appliance repair person/company is very hard, full stop here if you are looking for someone reliable, honest, responsive, professional, and fairly priced. I had a crack in my dryer drum and Rafail was the first to respond and able to come out within less than 24 hrs. He was able to order a replacement within just a few days. He communicated with me regularly with estimated dates/times of replacement arrival and when he could return to complete the work. My problem was fixed within less than a week. I had looked into possibly replacing the dryer, as I had read that drum replacement was going to be expensive, but he provided a very reasonable price for the replacement and labor and saved me a lot of money and trouble - it was a huge relief. He was very respectful (I have never had repair/contractor ask if he should take his shoes off at my door), honest, and professional - I would absolutely use him again and refer him to anyone who asks!
